Routine Construction
A routine is a scoring document written in movement. Renee constructs routines that fit the athlete in front of her — gymnastics from Level 2 through Elite, acro dance routines that showcase skills inside choreography, and cheer tumbling passes sequenced for maximum impact. The goal is always the same: every element earns its place, plays to the athlete's strengths, and leaves nothing on the table.
Judging Evaluations
Before a competition, the most valuable thing an athlete can get is a judge's-eye evaluation: a skill-by-skill, element-by-element scoring pass that shows exactly where tenths are leaking — form breaks, composition gaps, requirements at risk. With 35+ years as a USA Gymnastics Professional Member, Renee evaluates athletes the way the panel will, then turns the findings into a fix-list ordered by point value.
