Flexibility Is a Skill, Not a Gift
Parents often assume flexibility is something athletes either have or don't. The truth: it's trainable at any age — but only with correct, consistent technique. Bad stretching habits waste months and cause injuries. Renee builds individualized flexibility programs for splits (all three), bridges and backbends, shoulder mobility, and the hip flexor range that makes jumps and leaps score.
Strength Makes Flexibility Useful
A split on the floor means little without the strength to hit a full jump split in the air. Sessions pair every flexibility goal with its matching strength work: core control for back handsprings, leg drive for standing tucks, shoulder stability for walkovers and aerials.
Who This Is For
- Cheerleaders whose jumps need height and hit position
- Dancers chasing leg extensions, scorpions, and needles — safely
- Gymnasts stuck on skills because of a tight bridge or short split
- Any athlete who wants homework between sessions that actually works — see what's safe to practice at home
